A question people ask
Do we need a new website?
Maybe. But a new website built on an unanswered market question will repeat the old one, just better looking.
When a company says it needs a new website, it usually means the current one doesn't bring the right conversations. That is rarely a design problem.
A website reflects decisions: who you are for, what problem you solve, why you rather than the alternative. If those decisions were never made, the agency will make them for you, quietly, in the copy.
Answer the market question first. Then the website almost writes itself, and it lasts longer than two years.
