This page explains what I collect on jelica.dk, why I collect it, and what choices you have.
Who is responsible
Bits&Biz, Jelica Agger Sørensen, VAT DK46083490, Herning, Denmark, is responsible for the personal data described here.
Questions or requests can be sent to jelica@bitsandbiz.com or +45 52 73 37 96.
Contact enquiries
When you use the contact form, I collect your name, email address, optional company name and the message you send. I use this information to answer you and, where relevant, to take steps towards working together. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b), or my legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries under Article 6(1)(f).
Contact form enquiries are retained for up to 12 months after the enquiry has been resolved, unless the information is required for an ongoing customer or business relationship or another legal obligation requires longer retention.
Blog and podcast emails
When you sign up, I collect your email address and whether you signed up through the blog or podcast form. I also record when you consented and confirmed your email. I only treat the subscription as active after you click the verification link.
The legal basis is your consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a). Your details are kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. You can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by writing to me. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Who helps operate the site
The website, database and transactional emails use Lovable and its hosting and infrastructure providers. Enquiries and newsletter sign-ups are stored in the EU (Ireland). These suppliers process data only to provide the service. Where data is processed outside the EU/EEA, appropriate transfer safeguards must apply.
Cookies and similar storage
The site currently uses one functional cookie to remember your cookie choice. It lasts for six months. Functional storage is necessary for the choice panel to work.
No statistics, advertising or marketing tools are currently installed. Those categories therefore stay inactive even if you allow them. If that changes, this notice and the choice panel will be updated before optional tools are loaded.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy of your data. You can withdraw newsletter consent at any time.
